How is it working?

The SmartLink system consists of 3 main units:

1) Sensor (detects the change in the machine/process operation or value. The signal can be digital or analog, or a peripheral such as a QR code reader can be connected to an extended device).

2) Logger (IoT device that writes the sensor data directly into an SQL database on our server or a remote server).

3) SmartLink Monitor software (we can monitor the data of the examined process in real time or query it retrospectively).

The SQL database is easily accessible, open-source, and we also provide support for it if required. Therefore, the data can be easily integrated into other systems (own enterprise management system, AI, etc.). Furthermore, custom queries and software can be developed for it.

What's different?

Our system is a very cost-effective and flexible solution for companies that want to improve their efficiency with smart manufacturing, but do not have the opportunity to develop multi-million dollar, unique systems. The system and database are completely open access. The company's own IT specialist or an external programmer can use it freely, but we are also at your disposal for unique software needs that may not be met by the SmartLink Monitor software.
