SmartLink
General Terms and Conditions
The SmartLink logger (data collection device) and SmartLinkMonitor (PC software) are only suitable together for monitoring and analyzing the monitored machine/device/process.
The database used by the systems is client-specific, but a closed system, and can only be accessed through the SmartLink system. It cannot be edited or read with an external device.
The SmartLink logger and SmartLinkMonitor are available in a subscription system. The current packages can be found and ordered in our webshop.
There is no loyalty period for products or subscriptions.
The service provider reserves the right to change the subscription fee, of which the subscriber will be informed 3 months prior to the change and will be granted the right of withdrawal.
The SmartLinkMonitor software license applies to the application running at the same time. As many SmartLinkMonitors as there are licenses belonging to the account (subscription) can run at the same time, either on one or more PCs. If we want to run several programs in parallel on one PC, it is enough to install the program once, and several interfaces can be launched with the shortcut icon (up to the number of valid licenses).
The installation of the SmartLink system is the responsibility of the subscriber, for which our company will provide all assistance via the support@smlink.hu address.
In the event of cancellation of the subscription, the entry fee cannot be refunded, even if the installation is unsuccessful due to a technical error that can be remedied by the subscriber.
SmartLinkMonitor works exclusively online with a working internet connection.
Licenses are not transferable, and in all cases belong to the user account.
The creation of the customer account is done automatically after the order, based on the subscription, within 48 hours. The login details will be sent to the user by email.
Account data can be modified via our customer service at support@smlink.hu.
Hardware device insurance is provided within 1-3 weeks, the subscription starts from the moment the hardware devices are mailed. We will inform our customer about the exact delivery time within 48 hours of placing the order.
The SmartLink logger device, SmartLinkMonitor and the databases and storage spaces used are all the property of FLEXTEC HUNGÁRIA KFT. Their misuse, violation of license and user terms, hacking or modification of software will result in the immediate deletion of the user account and legal consequences.
Warranty: We provide a 'lifetime' warranty for both the SmartLink logger and SmartLinkMonitor. Valid during the subscription period. Our support team will remedy any malfunction as soon as possible, and if necessary, will provide a replacement device. Errors can be reported to smartlink.support@flextec.hu.
The hardware part of the SmartLink logger package is the property of FLEXTEC HUNGÁRIA KFT. If the subscriber cancels their subscription, they must return the devices in their possession to our company within 30 days, without any defects, otherwise the devices will be invoiced.
The invoice value of the devices is the same as the entry value, i.e. in the event of cancellation of the subscription, if the devices are not returned or are returned in a damaged condition, the entry cost will be invoiced again.
